By accessing or using the services provided by MediCOLL Learning ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

MediCOLL Learning provides online educational content related to medical and healthcare topics. The services include but are not limited to courses, lectures, quizzes, and other educational materials.

User Registration

You may need to create an account in order to use some features of the services. You undertake to give accurate and complete information throughout the registration process and keep such information current.

User Responsibilities

You have accountability for keeping your account information private and for all actions that occur under your login credentials. You undertake to immediately alert the Company of any unlawful utilization of your login credentials or any other breach of privacy.

Payment and Refund Policy

Some of our services may require payment. By purchasing these services, you agree to pay the fees as specified. Request a refund for your course fee within the initial 7 working days after registration. Refund eligibility ceases after this 7-days period.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by MediCOLL Learning, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the content without the prior written consent of the Company

Code of Conduct

You agree to use the services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not use the services to engage in any illegal or unethical activities.

Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

The organization shall not be accountable for any implicit, irrelevant, distinctive,or punitive consequences, or any reduction of revenue, if endured either directly or indirectly, or any absence of information, usage, courtesy, or additional intangible consequences due to (a) your utilization or failure to take advantage of the products or services; or (b) any third-party access or improper utilize the Company's servers as well as any private data kept thereunder.

Governing Law

The legislation of Jurisdiction shall govern and be interpreted in conformity with these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to disputes of law principles.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Ayush/BUMS/BHMS/Pharm D are also eligible for fellowship programs.

The organization maintains the right to amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any moment. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions
